Wildlife: Home to seals, otters, red deer, harbour porpoise, and even Minke whales. Seabirds abound, with over 2,000 breeding pairs of storm petrels on Priest Island (Eilean a Chleirich)
History: From Viking harbours to 18th-century herring fleets, the largest island, Tanera Mor, has a rich past and is the only one still inhabited
Scenery: White sandy beaches, dramatic caves, sheltered bays, and stunning rock formations – all within reach by kayak

What to Bring
- Clothing: Pack plenty of layers to prepare for varying weather. Don't forget waterproof layers (top and bottom) and sturdy shoes (trainers, wellies, or wetsuit boots) that can get wet.
- Accessories: A woolly hat and gloves, a head torch, and a water bottle & flask are essentials
- Personal Items: Toiletries, personal electronics with chargers, wet wipes or hand sanitiser
- Food & Drink - Tea/coffee or drink of choice, plenty of snacks, food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - there are shops and pubs nearby but we cannot guarantee there will be any on our paddling routes.
- Mindset: Bring your sense of adventure and love for the great outdoors!
Experience Required
You will need to be comfortable paddling for around 5-6 hours a day, covering around 20km. We ask that you are comfortable in Force 4 winds and 1-2 foot of swell to get the most from this holiday
